This seminar will last for three hours in total, but will be divided into two sessions of 1,5 hours;

  • The first session will discuss give an overview of where e are with social audits and what we have learned from previous and recent research
  • In the second session Sarosh will take us on a deep dive into his recent research on smart data in due diligence work and how companies can incorporate data metrics to their measures.

We are fortunate to have Sarosh C. Kuruvilla to join us for a whole morning in our offices in Oslo!

No prior knowledge is required, but to get the most out of the workshop you should familiarize yourself with the concept of social audits.

Target group: This is a seminar for companies and public enterprises. The seminar is aimed at those who are responsible for carrying out or reporting on due diligence assessments, and/or who are responsible for following up suppliers.

The event is free and only for members of Ethical Trade Norway

Transportation: Our premises at Hausmanns gate 19 are centrally located in Oslo, and we encourage all participants to use public transport to the event. The office is a 10-minute walk from Oslo Central Station, and the nearest public transport stops are Nybrua (tram), Jakob Kirke (bus), Hausmanns Bru (bus/tram) and Grønland (subway).
