On 1 July 2022 the Transparency Act entered into force. The law requires around 9,000 Norwegian businesses to report on due diligence assessments. Large and medium-sized businesses should now prepare for what the law will mean for their business.
Once a month Ethical Trade Norway organises an introductory course on the Transparency Act. In this webinar, you will get a quick introduction to the Transparency Act and how your company can work to comply with these requirements. We explain what the Transparency Act means for Norwegian companies, the six steps of due diligence for responsible business conduct and examples of good reporting are presented.
